What do Russians eat for breakfast? I will be cooking virtually with you one of the most delicious, popular and quick-to prep Russian breakfast meals -"Syrniki" cottage cheese pancakes.

I will be happy to share my passion for cooking traditional Russian cuisine with you!

Russian Syrniki is a great example of creating something delicious from very little- it's really fast and easy to make. The best way to serve Syrniki is right from the pan, but they are still delicious even after a couple of days in the fridge and they reheat nicely, so you can you serve them for lunch or a late brunch as well.

Let's cook together local Russian food, chat, and have fun while staying at home- join me online!

What'll you learn

I will be cooking Russian food with you virtually and  I'll step out from behind the camera, and demonstrate a  family recipe for perfect cream cheese pancakes to enjoy in the morning with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or tea.

While cooking I will share with you the background and history of Russian cuisine, culture, which meals are popular here in Russia, and how foreigners are attracted to try Russian food while traveling.
