Description

Hi my name is Guy and I have more than 10 years of experience in functional training combined with Tabata. The class is based on all physical fitness systems - muscle mass development, cardio-pulmonary endurance work, flexibility and coordination. The training is intense in all its components, provides the body with a kind of market and as a result we reach immediate results and end with a wonderful feeling! In training, we enter a sensational 60 minutes! Rhythmic music, an atmosphere that spurs and pushes forward, accompanied by top coaches in the field. I believe in an extraordinary and challenging training experience, at the end of which we will burn at a rate of about 700 calories. About the groups: Intimate groups of up to 12 trainees. The group is small and creates an effective and encouraging training atmosphere. The exercises are carefully selected and tailored to each trainee individually, according to the level of ability. Let's get into a workout that is all about experience! Each workout looks different and varied from the previous one and most importantly - let’s sweat a lot!!
