Preferred- Assam Black Tea OR Substitute Any Black Tea
Preferred- Buffalo or Cow Milk OR For vegan use Almond milk
Green Cardamom, Cinnamon, Ginger, sugar
Equipment's: Sauce pan, strainer, Cup
Samosa :- Ingredients: YOU CAN BAKE OR Airfry Samosa as well
Potatoes
Preferred: All purpose flour
Preferred- Carom seeds (Ajwain) OR Substitute: Dry Thyme
Preferred- Ghee/Butter OR Substitute - Oil
Preferred: Indian Red chilli powder OR Substitute: Cayenne powder
Cumin seeds (Jeera)
Gram masala
Coriander powder
Preferred - Dry Mango powder (Aamchur) OR Substitute lemon or lime juice (2 or 3 tablespoons)
Dry Pomegranate Seeds (Anaar Dana )
Whole Coriander seeds
