Tiramisù lovers, if you can't go to Italy, Italy comes to you!

Are you ready to make your best tiramisu ever?

It won't be a lesson where I speak and you listen, but we will be friends having fun together cooking something delicious!

We will make online together with the perfect Italian Tiramisù worth winning the world championship! I will give some tips to make your masterpiece and you will be surprised about how easy it is to prepare the most known Italian dessert in the world. The list of ingredients is very short and easy to find.

8 oz (about 250 gr) mascarpone, best is >40% fat part (typical Italian cheese) if you are not able to find it, contact me and we will find a substitute
1 pack - about 30 - crispy ladyfingers (can be replaced, contact me and we will find a way)
1 cup (about 250 ml) espresso or strong coffee, cooled
2 tbps sugar
2 eggs to be used RAW (or pasteurized egg substitute divided in yolks and whites, not together)
Unsweetened cocoa powder + sieve (optional)
Electric hand mixer (much better) or planetary
8in x 8in square pan or a 9in x 5in loaf pan for assembling (but there is space for creativity)!)
2 round bowls for mixing (about 8in, metallic are better)
1 flat plate

Ciao! I am Silvia, born and raised in Italy. Tiramisù is my favourite dessert and I have been doing it for more than 20 years. I learnt it from my mamma and I have a true passion for it. I attended Tiramisù World Cup (yes, it exists in italy!) in 2019, and I am training for next competition.
